Not working

Tried to convert .vob file to .mov and mp4 files == then tried quicktime (which supports those file formats) and it wouldn’t run either — Tried to preview the original file and Prism said it could not open it.. I know it is feee — but not a good intro to product.

Ok… after more trials — apparently Prism cannot open/process .vob files that are less than 1 meg… Have tried up .884kb and it could not preview nor convert ..
